Absolutely terrible service. After test driving, and completing an app(10 inquiries later) I get pulled into a room and get questioned about my legitimate paystubs from a Fortune 500 company who uses Paychex(#2 payroll company in the entire US) basically was told I was some how lying about my income and the banks rejected me etc🤦🏻. I assume me making close to six figures walking in with tattoos and piercing all over they prejudged my Girlfriend and I from the start. I had a very positive experience in purchasing my Jeep Compass. My Salesman, Tony Camerero was very professional, friendly, and fair. He patiently answered all our questions and some we didn’t think to ask. I needed to leave so he had my car All cleaned up and delivered it to my door and explained some things to me and offered to answer any other questions I have as I go. FroM Tony to the GM, Greg Bowles, to Shane the Finance person , we were very satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend This dealership to anyone.
