My very first experience of being refused a test drive. On one of their 2020 overstock inventory cars that they are trying to sell by spending $ on targeted Facebook ads.

Overall the car buying experience was great when we purchased over a year and a half ago. Service is where the issues have been. Just this past week I came through the express lane for a oil change and tire rotation. My van didn’t even leave the entrance for 45 min. Then 2 hrs later it’s done. Not really express to me. I’ve been through the regular lane and been there less. It only gives you the option of yes or no to recommend. On this experience No but Yes I do like them here.
