So disappointed and disgusted with this dealership!! The lack of customer service is unbelievable!!! Made an appointment for my vehicle to be checked out. The appointment was Tuesday! The service advisor, Tracy, did not reach out to me to make any sort of contact/ follow up about my vehicle! I literally had to call this person 3-4 times and of course she was clueless.
