Repair your used vehicles when theres a known problem before sticking it to your so called all important customers & then do not insult their intelligience by telling them that a bad transmission is normal & that "all Dodge Rams now do that" Purchased (my 1st bad vehicle in 30 years) a used Dodge Ram 1500 with only 22,000 miles, this is a truck that was purchased new from them and serviced with them, so they knew and know the truck inside out yet they sell it to me well knowing there is a transmission issue, never fixed befo... read more

Since the first day I picked up my new Jeep I have had problems with the dealership. 2017 he used vehicle with under 30,000 miles had no floor mats, no Jack, no Lugnuts wrench, no manual, and now I felt accelerator handle which broke off. And they won’t honor the warranty that they used to tow the vehicle for this. Don’t buy from a crooked dealer.
