Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa Bay Jeep After 5x trying to repair water leaks on both the driver and passenger front doors their expert still can't get it right and I'm asked to bring it in again for a 6th time. At this point the vehicle is a lemon but when I ask to be bought out from the vehicle they appraise it low (although I was sold on Jeeps hold their value)...poor service and not interested in trying to work with me. Will begin lemon law paperwork with the state.
First, I would give Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Tampa Bay a 5!!!. Justin waited for my tow truck to arrive @ 6PM, to be sure I had a vehicle to drive home. Julie was involved in my service & did very well. Excellent service., Jennifer is exceptional.
