It should not take 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation thru their express lube. Especially when I had an appointment. Very disappointing.

I took my car in for a problem that kept occurring and Mr. Shane told me that he was not going to stop until it was fixed and he kept his promise and I really love the way they treat you like family, because family are the ones that really care about your well being and that's what you TRUELY get from this company!! THANK YOU FOR CARING!!

I was there on Saturday for an oil change. I was helped by Skyler Sarmento. He had me in and out in 30 minutes. I would give him 10's across the board. He was great.

Received a robo telemarketing call from the dealership - in total violation of the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Called back and the polite receptionist informed me that it was not a sales call. It was a sales call or very shady sales practices. The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY exists to help merchants avoid contacting consumer that do not want to be contacted on their cell phone. Really aggravating .. but because they're local and can be tracked down, and I saved the message it will be good to forward to the FTC, State Attorney, and maybe ... read more

my experience was probably the best car buying experience working with Jason Speed. there was no pressure selling or upselling; and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. i never had to ask for anything, he was very upfront and ahead of my expectations

mi experiencia personal con jim browne a sido muy placentera y satixfasoria, expecialmente con Nancy en el area de servicios, ella no solo me trata como un cliente sino como una familia diria yo, se exmera en que yo entienda completamente todo los servicios que se le hacen a mi auto, que bueno que la tiene alli para ayudarnos especial a nosotros los latinas, Gracias Nacy .
