First time taking one of my two dodge trucks to Jim Brown. Recall on airbag. 9 AM appointment time. checked in and they said two hours as per the phone conversation the day prior when the appointment was made. at one o clock I texted to see what was happening. not ready or in the service bay. why no call? called asked for manager on hold 13 min, left message for manager to call. No manager called. truck ready 4:14 walked to get truck. no offers to give me a ride. called to talk to management and got the run around. Poor serv... read more

Service manager Justin Kitzmiller was in a meeting when you phoned and apologizes for not returning your call in a timely manner. As is the case with all of our guests, your appointment time was set with one of our advisors, not the technician himself. While the recall in question normally takes about two hours to complete, traffic volume and unforeseen issues with other customers’ cars can sometimes cause delays.

Your people always show great interest in me and my vehicle's needs when I come in for service. This occurs whether I make an appointment or just drive in to the express line. I greatly appreciate the attention my vehicle receives during being serviced and the thorough inspection it is given before being returned to me. I will return.

James, my SA, was great. Explained things well & checked with me periodically through the service of my Jeep Cherokee transmission issue. Definitely will return & ask for James the next time I have a need for service.
