I went in for an oil change on Saturday. After the oil change I drove a few blocks away to a store to take care of a few things. Upon getting back in my car to prepare to leave my oil light started flashing. My friend was standing beside my car as we discussed lunch options when he yelled out “OMG you oil is spilling out from underneath your car”. So disappointed in my visit yesterday. I always liked driving a Jim Browne Dodge because my name is Jim Brown but I always felt good and have referred lots of people. Yesterday I went in with preapproved credit and drove from Lakeland to see a specific truck that they told me they had. When I got there, they were trying to get me to do a deal and the truck wasn't even there. Everything went sideways after that point, so we left. Doubt I will ever go back there. Every time I take my vehicle in they are on top of things,get it done and have outstanding service.
Very disappointed in customer service. Although the service people were not hard to deal with, my daughter had to return 4 times in one week for one repair under warranty on a 10,000 mile car. They never once offed her a loaner car. I feel this young college girl was not given the kind of service she deserved. 😡
Love my Jim Browne Dodge Ram. Took it there recently for a problem, we dropped off early but in the wrong area. A different employee answered the door before opening time and took care of us without running us around. appreciate her good customer service... that’s what I’m looking for in a dealership... taking care of every part of the truck buying experience!
My truck broke down while we were towing a fifth wheel trailer, the folks at the dealer took very good care in getting us back on the road again quickly with out breaking the bank. Very friendly people there.
