Never Bought my 2014 Dodge Charger here but I will never buy another Dodge again either!!! We were the number one fan of Dodge we own a Dodge Ram Hemi also my son took my Charger and we were on the mission of buying a new vehicle! We cant do this if we have to keep bringing our Charger to repair st this shop and Chrysler agrees but refuses to do something about it that they are crooks in there! Always dealt with their Dade City location but forced to use some one closer so choose their sister location. Very pleased with service and my advisor Carl.
They said they could make it happen..... wasted my time!
Went in for free recall work Instead of telling me there was an incorrect part installed they pried it out causing more damage then expected me to come up with over $800 for repairs. Also removed a door panel and broke unlock and open door mechanism. Ended up paying to have vehicle towed to Lakeland to be repaired by my lien holder. A free recall procedure put me in debt by over $500! No thanks..never again

Hello Debbie, Due to the aftermarket parts that were installed on your 2004 Jeep Liberty by OK Cars, we were unable to perform the recall work. The nature of this recall does not allow one to identify the parts or our ability to perform the replacement without disassembly. Once apart, it is no longer possible to reassemble the dismantled control arms, even with the old parts. We understand your frustration and apologize. The service team is really tuff to deal with. I am very saddened that after paying so much for a vehicle their service team can't get stuff right. I will never purchase a dodge. Nissan and Toyota!! Tried to support American made but unfortunately the company/dealer don't care about their customers.
