We had a problem w/my windshield on a pre-owned jeep we purchased last Thursday and Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa Bay in Dade City came thru for us. They will have our windshield replaced. Thank you!
Service department is top notch, they take care of my 300.
I am old and nothing else to do but wait for the service department to finish this young woman's vehicle. They were tripping over each other to take care of her. I wasn't happy about the approximately 5 plus hours to install a resistor and switch. The parts I had already paid for, but then another part was needed. I paid over $500 to fix a car that they would give me $800 as a trade-in.
