Was the dealership yesterday getting an oil change & checking on other small things that needed attention. Started out of the garage this morning¬iced oil on the garage floor. Back to the dealership this morning to get it checked out. \oil filter not on good. So another 2 hours wasted due to worker neglect... ugh

Came up with so many different forms I had to sign... then I went in 2 days later to turn one form in and they wanted ANOTHER form signed in case there is any leins on it before I get the title...if there are any it is not from ME ....but my salesman was very very nice and even followed me to my car apologizing about the idiot sales manager!
In and out oil change and warranty work finished in less than a hour.

Jim Browne Jeep changed the oil in my Jeep and didn't tighten the drain plug. After a few miles the bolt fell out, leaving my wife stranded in a bad part of the city. They gave no apology, tow, repair, or compensation. That was the same dealership under a different name, that was caught replacing new parts with used parts on new vehicles.

Mr Cooper, Unfortunately, we do not have you in our system as ever having an oil change at our dealership and never received a call about ANYONE having issues with a drain plug falling out. If this would have occurred we would most certainly corrected the problem. As far as your claim about the parts... we have never operated under another name. Our service department is always available to help if you would like to contact them.
So my very first car buying experience in 2016 at a different dealer was a total nightmare where I didn't realize I was taken advantage of (my fault). My husband and I stopped out at this location yesterday just to take a peek at the 2017s. Todd found us along with a younger man he was having shadow him (for the life of me this morning I can't remember his name).
