The management and service writers are great. The gentleman working on my vehicle are good but only did what they had to do. Instead of checking all motor mounts only replaced one then another later. The banging when put in gear is still happening and waiting for my service writer to call me back.
Dave Granquist went out of his way to accommodate me. Not only did he provide me with a loaner because the work could not be completed while I waited, but he also went to great lengths to locate my cane which I had inadvertently left in the Enterprise office. It was in the front seat of our 2010 Traverse when I picked it up the following evening. This is an example of the many reasons why I continue to drive from Western Springs to Jennings in Glenview for our service.
I was very pleased, as usual, with the service work on the Saturn Ion. I am always treated with kindness and courtesy and fully informed as to what service will be done and notified promptly when the service work is done. My husband always took care of the service work needed on the cars and since his death I have had to assume the responsibilities of such and am very comfortable taking the cars in for service and very grateful for Chris McElroy and his guidance on the work needed. I called back in August and tried to schedule an appointment for 2 recalls on my 2012 Sonic that I purchased from Jennings. I spoke to a lady and she told me that they didn't have the parts for the recalls in stock currently. I called back about two to three weeks later and scheduled an appointment for a Monday. The Saturday before my appointment I received a call from a female that said they would need to reschedule because the technician that does recalls only does them on Wednesday. I came to Jennings to buy a used VW. Jerry Perberg knows his product, listens well, and provides knowledgeable answers. Thie makes it much easier to close a deal without being pushy. The dealership does not bait you with a price and then try to pad it with extras you would think are already included. They follow through with what is promised and as a salesman that is much appreciated.
