The worst experience I've ever had at dealer service center. I scheduled a maintenance appointment in advance. I arrived a few mins early for my scheduled appointment. After waiting two hours, they told me the one and only guy who could do the work couldn't work on it that day, nor could he do the work that week. Then they informed me a part had been damaged by a previous service. I told them they were the only shop to do service on my car so I expected them to repair it. Oil change, tire rotation, and computer download. I have been in the waiting area for 3 hours and counting. Just got an update and they said it may be another 30 to 45 mins. I will never ever be back!

I have purchased many cars over the years and the staff at Bob Fisher are as good as it gets, from a friendly smile and hello to the pricing and very thorough delivery of my new truck, Tim in sales is laid back and easy to deal with (no high pressure) and Chris the sales manager was very helpful in finding and acquiring my truck that was like searching for a needle in a haystack. Thank you to all I met that evening and I would highly recommend this dealership!!
These guys are very honest and helpful. Jerry is the manager I have dealt with. He looks for ways to save money for whatever job you need done. They are a reasonably priced dealership, in fact on oil changes they are cheaper than Jiffylube. Give them a try.
Went in on a Thursday evening after work for an oil change. They got me right in and I was out of there in less than an hour. Wonderful experience.
