Worked with Josh Dessent on selecting our new Tahoe. He made it as painless as possible, while making sure he addressed every single question in detail. Wifey and I walked in, without an appointment on a Saturday. Yes, it was busy - but we were greeted, told to look around and let the front desk know if we had any questions.
