Had an appointment for an oil change, and they got me in early and finished early. Great customer service.
my service advisor Ken kept me well informed as to the status of my vehicle. The mechanic did a thorough job of checking over my vehicle and repairing what was needed. I would definitely use Jennings Chevrolet service department again.
Jerry provided excellent service, was not pushy, and delivered while going the extra mile. We had literally 4 hours to decide on a new vehicle with an infant at home. After looking at several different makes and models, Jerry gave us some features and drawbacks without being pushy. When we ultimately decided, they did not have the color in stock that we wanted. Couldn't be better. I called and Dave immediately called back and arranged pick up and the work to be done. He arranged for me to drive a loaner car. I had my car back in a day and a half! We needed a new car. It was to be our first experience with the Costco arrangement. This, in turn,led us to the Jennings dealership, and to Steve Tinkler. Steve turned out to be an excellent representative of the firm, since we had not selected a specific brand of car and had originally planned to use the offer as a bargaining chip with other dealers.
