I brought my 2011 Equinox in for an oil change, tire rotation and any other required maintenance. The oil consumption was also checked since this model year of the 4-cylinder engine in the Equinox has a history of excessive oil consumption. The service took 3 hours and I waited for the car. Everything was taken care of. I have to bring the car back after I have put 1,000 miles on it so the oil consumption can be checked.As usual I was treated very well and everything was explained to me in detail.

Came in for an oil change, and the service dept found a problem that needed to be taken care of. Jennings finished in a couple hours, and let me use a loaner car to get some errands done while fixing my vehicle. Everyone was really nice and pleasant from greeter to service to the lady in the car loaner department.
I had a great experience from start to finish. My battery failed twice in a 24 hour period so I brought in my car, late in the day. Charles helped me and was fantastic. He thoroughly explained what the problems could be and what he would recommend, based on the diagnostic. He called as soon as he had information and let me know what needed to be done, and why. He also was able to have my car ready before closing, which I didn't expect. I totally trust Jennings and feel comfortable bringing my car in for any issues.
The staff was very helpful and took excellent care of me and my Tahoe !!
