Just bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Malibu from Bob Fisher Chevy and my experience there was amazing. This was my first time buying a car and they made it so easy. I brought in my 2008 Chevy Avalanche for new tires, an oil change, a check of the A/C system, belts, and battery. My tires were there and ready for me and my truck was done in a reasonable amount of time. I LOVE dealing with my service person, Anita Swartz!! PLEASE don't let her leave!! She keeps me up to date on what my truck needs and when it needs it. When I am there, she keeps me posted on how things are going. Bunch of thieves . Do not waste your money go to jiffy lube . Walmart anywhere beside this place . They charge 3 times the amount in other places .

Good guys helped me with my daughter's first car purchase. It was pretty easy. Website had the car, and we were in and out pretty quick.
1 star I bought a brand new C6 from these guys in 2011. The car was in their repair shop for most of the summer fixing the same issues over and over. The body shop is dysfunctional, they expect you to coordinate mechanical repairs from an accident with the service department. The car was in for the fourth time to try and complete the bodywork in an acceptable manner. We bought Malibu 2018 yesterday. Chelsey was the sales person who helped me out throughout the process. She was very friendly, approachable with smiles, and genuinely caring during the entire process. I was very upset at the price they offered at the store which was 10k higher than what was listed on their website but they managed to cool down the heat and re-offered the price. I dreaded car shopping for many reasons that we all share. After visiting other dealerships I visited Carl Black Chevrolet. Kiante Young was my Sales Consultant and I met the General Manager Gary Harms, between both of them my buying experience was actually pleasant. Not to mention my beautiful Traverse which had all the options I wanted without having to bring one in from another dealership. Very good experience. Highly recommend
The salesperson Anthony Au was polite, cordial, and informative about the vehicle we purchased. The same cannot be said about the Manager James Clark - This manager did not follow GMs own policy for my trade in. According to the GM website when I built my new Chevrolet, the fair trade-in price that was according to Kelley Blue Book was $4000 to $5000. This manager was deceptive and would only give less than half the GM websites quoted price. He offered me only $2000 for my trade-in. This was very disrespectful, and insulting... read more
