had my car repaired at Chuck Nash in January 2018. In July 2018 my check engine light is on so I call. I speak to someone in the service department. The tone I received was very condescending & like I was bothering them with my questions. I left a message for the service tech who help me in January (George) & no return phone call. Really poor experience with the Service department, they have a lack of communication, we were unable to get calls back even from the Manager. Our car has been at the service department 5 times and still no remedy to our problem. It is a really frustrating experience for a truck that is under GM warranty. We will be in the market for another truck soon and will likely not shop here if it’s this frustrating to get Warranty work done. Current male dealer there (May 2018) is great, the MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. I walked in as a 5’3 25 year old female, no one with me to look at a used High Country Silverado the owner had been driving around. Drove 1.5 hours to get there, I had a down payment and check ready along with a pre-approved loan. Dressed in blazer and jeans. Dealer did an A+ great job working with me. I'd give this place a NO STARS if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a vehicle in January that was in service for numerous issues until May when the previous GM agreed to replace that vehicle with a newer vehicle. A week ago I took my Sonic to Phil Wright Chevrolet because it had trouble starting. After a phone call from the service department I agreed to have the tires replaced with four Firestone all-season tires. I was told the starting issue was electrical. During the time the car was at the dealership it was supposed to have a full-service inspection. We spent almost $900 on the "services". Every experience here has been awful. My friend brought in her brand new 2018 Chevy to be serviced. The man helping, Jorge, was supposed to call after 2-3 hours. We called five times before getting through to him, 5 hours later, when he said the car was ready to be picked up. As soon as we saw the car we noticed obvious scratches on the inside of the door.
