I too was disgusted by this judge. My complaints are almost exactly the same as Jennifer R. As a Veteran, I was humiliated. She said I was ignorant and uneducated. I too represented myself and never got a chance to present my case. I filed a formal complaint with the judicial review board

I'm not sure why Greg O. thinks he is so right and those who disagree with him are "deadbeat parents". Greg O. should only speak for himself. My experience with Jennifer Ryan-Touhill was terrible and my child support is current. I was self represented. My Ex had an attorney that Touhill believed everything she pitched and did not even allow me to object or present any evidence to support my case. I guarantee any negative reviews here have been posted by deadbeat parents who have been held accountable by Judge Ryan-Touhill. Over the past several months I had the pleasure of witnessing this judge run a courtroom and handle a complex case like a true professional. She is strict, but fair in her rulings. Anyone posting critical comments about Judge Ryan-Touhill is simply a lousy parent unable to cope with finally being held responsible for their poor choices.

Unfortunately my children have a father who is addicted to drugs, a dead beat, and has mental health problems. Anytime she talked my ex would interupt her and not listen and she would not tolerate it. She does what's best for the kids. She doesn't put up with nonsense exes and their lame excuses of why they are a dead beat! When she asks for something to be done like a drug test she doesn't put up with excuses of why it wasn't done. Zero Stars for this beast of a woman, ripping families apart with nothing more than hearsay evidence. She rules on evidence she herself threw out moments earlier, openly shows bias against father's who can't pay child support without even considering circumstances beyond and control, and let's pushy greedy lawyers have their way with her courtroom, especially against dad's who can't afford an attorney and she gets all pissy and rude if you actually cite proof and show proof beyond a reasonable doubt proving your case and she... read more

This judge participates in illegal activity. She plays God with peoples lives and what the other reviewer said is absolutely accurate. Being fair reasonable ethical is not part of her practice. Her brood liens are so unbelievably abuse of children I thought about reporting her to the public agency that protects children. Judge Ryan Touhill is based against those of us who cannot afford an attorney. When a big ego'd attorney takes over her court room, she will allow it. Even though evidence and concise proof shows that both the attorney and her ruling is wrong she will not back down. Jennifer Ryan Touhill is easily swayed by fraud and refuses to make wrongs right once she has been shown that she is in error.
