I think Hon Judge Jennifer Ryan Touhill was not partial in my sons court case. She listen to both sides. I really feel like she is a good judge on character and that is very important in a lot of cases. Shwas very professional. There is always a winner and a loser. If you feel things was not heard in your case or not treated fairly you can file for Reconsideration or appeal. But to go and publicly bash a Judge just because you lost shows bad character on you.

Jennifer Ryan-Tuhill doesn't deserve the title of judge. She was rude, abrupt and didn't care about or seek the truth. My ex lied through his teeth and didn't even let opposing witnesses (mine) finish what they had to say. She knew the other lawyer and it was as if they high-fived each other when the opposing lawyer walked in. I am hispanic and my lawyer is hispanic. People, we hear you about this Judge Touhill, please go to ur Facebook page Fight Corrupt Judges Arizona and click on the link to file a complaint with the commission. We have several staff members who have had this biased judge. We have already logged numerous complaints against her, we need your voice. Our goal is to get her voted off the bench.

I was self represented and my daughters father is a multi-millionaire. He abused my daughter and myself, I had tons of evidence and police reports. She refused to see my evidence, and awarded him majority of parenting time. My daughter is an emotional wreck and I feel like there is nothing I can do to save her. This judge should be disbarred. After reading these reviews, I'm hoping enough of us will complain and she will be forced out.

She is a horrible judge of character and an even worse judge. PEOPLE WE HOLD THE POWER NOT HER. KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR HER NAME ON THE NEXT ELECTION. If her name is on the ballot for an election we hold the power to NOT vote for her , make her biased ways known to the public and vote her out! She is ruining our lives. Oh, Renne, I am sorry to tell you that your experience was very different than most. Please do not speak for all cases. If what you said is correct about how this Judge conducts herself, then why was my ex-PARENT allowed to fail TASC tests for over two years? I know why and you won't have to complete much research to know either. She wouldn't even look at the family court ordered TASC tests. I agree with Wynne. Ryan-Touhill is a disgrace she at first sounded genuinely concerned for the well being of my child but puts no effort in obtaining actual facts or enforcing her own orders. On top of that she refused to even hear me in court telephonically, to which there is no rule that I have to be physically present in the court room. Judge Jennifer Ryan-Touhill needs to disqualify herself as a judge, be fired or resign. I could have written what "Disgusted by Jennifer R." wrote, too. Ms. Ryan-Toothill has a caustic personality and berates and humiliates the parent without ever even reading or looking at the evidence. She lets other people do her research for her and doesn't even request opposing witnesses. She is a very poor excuse for a judge in Arizona! Isn't there a rating below "1"?
