RecommendedI always receive 5 Star service when I visit Jeff Wyler CDJ. Most of my experience has been with the service dept., Jason Moore, for regular service and warranty repair. He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and kind no matter how busy he is. He communicates with you even when you have to wait. That makes the ‘wait’ not so bad. 😊 I always request Jason due to the outstanding job he provides to us and I’m sure every other customer he has. Oh and I can’t forget whomever done the work on my car. I never have issues.

I got an e-mail saying you have only 8 payments left on your lease dont make another payment we will take care of it and get you in a new car. So i took it in and showed it to them. I said is this true and the guy said sure is we can do that. Sat for like hours, they had to call for the payoff and then appraise the car. And i went over the paperrwork like 3 times. It looked like they raised the price and i was told it was the payoff, so i under stand. I was sent to the finance peoole to sign and then I drove away in a new ca... read more

Most miserable car purchase I ever made. They kept pushing extra warranties, I told them I wasn't interested caught it on computer screen before we signed. Unfortunately I didn't catch a hidden one, I'm stuck with an additional charge of $1100. Buyer beware when purchasing an automobile at the used car dealership.
