We are so thrilled with not only our purchase (Kia Sedona) at Jeff Wyler, but also the buying experience facilitated by Josh. We felt like he was on our side and made a sale that was fair to everyone. Jeff wyler the place that doesnt want to sell cars. Im no Hank Hill, so when a salesman says the sticker price is the only price you know they are questioning your intelligence. Tony was very helpful. Unfortunately the car I expressed an interest in at the Springfield location came in as a different car. Tony was very apologetic and we completed most of the paperwork ahead of time so I wouldn't have to spend so much time if I decided to purchase the correct car after the test drive. We just purchased our 4th used car or truck from Jeff Wyler Eastgate... We always deal with Chris Shanabrook..and this last car we purchased we worked with Zach Shanabrook. Both Shanabrooks make the car buying experience easy. Both are very professional and efficient. We will never buy anywhere else.
Have had a very bad experience in the past, however this time has been amazing so far! Tony and Chris at Nissan are excellent and go the extra mile for their customers! Get in and get a nissan!

Definitely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. After 1 month now, my trade-in has still not been paid off and the title has not been switched to an Indiana title. I was told that both of these would take no longer than 10 days. I am now going to have to make a 2nd payment on the trade in vehicle after turning it in and won't be able to get plates for my new vehicle before the temp tag expires. I give them a big 0 . I have been trying to get hold of anyone at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Jeep. And as always no answer left message and no return call. Been waiting on white title to get tags so I can work and of course still have not received anything . Went to to Jeff Wyler Eastgate Jeep to have my new Jeep service (trans and breaks messed up )and to talk to someone about all the stuff they added to my loan (unreal) and stood there for 15 minuets people just walked by.
