I recently reached out to Jeff Wyler via facebook about information they provided in a mailer. I requested they send the information via email, not by phone. My experience was wonderful. Had great salesmen, Charles told me everything I needed to know about the 2018 Soul I bought. We went for a test drive, he answered any questions I had. Charles even helped me set up the radio and blue tooth. This is the 2nd Kia we have bought from Jeff Wyler and would recommend anyone who wants a car to buy it here..

I filed bankruptcy back in late 2017 and went to Jeff Wylers Chevy just to see what my options were to get financed for a new or recently new car. Banks won't touch a loan until 5 years after you have filed. Son I was expecting high interest rate and a small amount that I could finance. Will NEVER consider doing business with Jeff Wyler East Gate again. Contacted them yesterday about a certain vehicle. They couldn't message/email enough last night to set up an "appt" to get us there. After wasting about 2 1/2 hours in drive time, we get there to find they sold the vehicle before we even had a chance to get there. However, they were more than willing to try to sell is another one. Seriously?
I went to Jeff Wyler today and bought a used car. The sells man's name was Z. I don't even know his real name. But he was verry nice but was so busy with making sales to other customers I hardly had any time to talk and ask him questions. The car was quite dirty when I took it for a test drive. Which I had no problem with because Z told me they were going to buff and clean it all up after I bought it. Never had a bad experience. Especially with Mike.BK's help this past week was wonderful! Could not have handled it without him. Recently bought a new car. With the help of Ciara Slater..very personable, organized, knew her job and the most thorough efficient way to get a Long drawn out process complete w/o any real hassles. DEFINITELY WORKED WITH ONE OF THE BEST.Would recommend Ciara to everyone.
Before this, I had never bought a car. Daniel with Jeff Wyler in Eastgate spent several hours with me helping me not only pick a car that I could currently afford but also giving me a brand new one. He worked to also got my monthly payment lowered to something i could easily afford. I would have been in a bad way without the members of the Jeff Wyler team. Thank you so much for what you do!
