I came in right before close at 8:40 pm and they still helped me and let me test drive about 3 different cars past their closing time of 9:00. Bryan who helped us was incredibly friendly and not pushy at all. We came in the next day to re-drive and buy the Kia Rio EX. Bryan again was patient and informative. Worse auto buying experience I’ve ever had. Talked to the salesman 6 hours prior to the hour drive to see a van they had on “special”. Told him what price range I needed to be at. After waiting 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment,we finally started to talk numbers. They low balled my trade in,which took 40 minutes to complete, because of the special price,and told me they were losing $2000.00 on the deal. I’d give zero stars, if I could. They had my Crossfire for at least two months, and I paid them thousands of dollars to “fix” it. They installed a new convertible top because it was recalled, but when I got the car back, it had more problems than it did when I took it in. The top was installed, but it didn’t work. They said if I wanted to find out why it didn’t work, I’d need to pay for them to run diagnostics. Again. Even though they had my car for months. First car that I purchased from jeff wyler family in general. Everyoneat Dodge, especially Jerry D did a great job of making you feel comfortable, offered drinks why you wait, explained everything in detail, answered all questions knowledgeably. Very relaxed environment to where you do not feel pressured. Excellent staff were able to get me an excellent car.
Forget about the $100 gift certificate. You can only use it at a couple of restaurants and you have to print $5 or $10 coupons. Like Latitudes on Beechmont you can only use one $5 coupon per visit per month per group even with separate checks. Totally useless. Thanks J Wyler for a total scam. Has to hurt sales (especially future) more than it could ever help. Who wants to deal with a con man?
