I took my 2016 Jeep Cherokee to Jeff Wyler on Tuesday February 19, 2017 for the check engine light being on for the second time in a month. I was called by the advisor later that day and was told he needed to order the part for my car and the part would be in no later than Thursday. My husband and I were looking for a very specific car that is no longer made and the search brought us to Jeff Wyler Auto Mall from Indianapolis. There used car service department is a joke bought a car not even 24hrs later check engine light is then fight with people trying to get called back finally they call back an say bring us the car and now we have been waiting 3 1/2 days on parts place is a bunch of bullshit excuses plus they have had the car longer than we have
They run cars to gas station with no plates.. sorry if that was me I would be pulled over... then caught salesman parked in handicap spot ask WTF...he looked like I was in the wrong.. I'm there every morning..time for citizen arrest...watch out divas
