IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD! First off, leasing my car back in 2013, I was there for a total of 13 hours in 2 days thing to buy/lease a car! They had me set on a car then told me I couldn’t buy it because they said I couldn’t prove that I could afford $200 a month when I was a server! I needed a co-signer. My brand new 2017 Chevrolet Equinox was totaled on 11-25-17. We went to Jeff Wyler Kia. Andy Thornberry sold us our brand new 2018 Kia Sorento. Before we left the dealership Andy had shown us all the features of our new car and gave us the usage of every feature. My new Kia has so many more options than my Equinox. It is very classy looking and a real joy to drive. It even has a feature that if I forget where I park my car the UVO app on my phone will lead me right to my car. I purchased my vehicle on November 17th 2017. It was a used 2015 GMC Acadia. It started making a loud humming noise so I took it to Jeff Wyler thinking they would fix it without charge (I haven't even made my first payment and they are wanting me to pay for these repairs). They are telling me there is a power steering leak. Well how do I know the leak hadn't been there since I bought it and the cold weather brought on the noise? CAR WASH never opened at posted times. When we bought a car at Jeff Wyler in May one of the “perks” that they told us we had was free car washes. 80% of the times we have tried to get the car washed it has been closed during the open times posted on the sign. They sent out Numerous surveys for us to reply to right after we bought the car, but non recently so wanted to post my frustrations.
I wish I could give zero stars! Go elsewhere! They are awful!
All they care about is the sale! Sales reps are disrespectful. They should practice some decency by not asking someone who is just trying to get their gap protection taken care of to pay off their loan if they want to buy a new car! I know that's how they make a living, but I didn't call to buy a new car. I emailed Dodge and requested a New 2013 Dodge Daytona in Daytona Blue Paint be sent to Whyler. Dodge emailed me that it was delivered and I picked it up that night. BIG JOE was an outstanding salesman and we couldn't be happier.
