We went with our son In July to purchase a Kia Sorento. Where to start. The salesman Ali was working with our son and then my husband and I got there. We made an appointment to come in to look at purchasing a new vehicle. I told them upfront that I would not be purchasing today, and the service I received was absolutely horrendous. I planned on purchasing a used CR-V from Tim, he couldn’t give me any information about it, and brushed us off completely to help someone else. My son came in for Thanksgiving break and scheduled an oil change for Friday before he has to go back to school. On his way driving home he noticed his car was pulling slightly to the left so when he stopped in for the oil change he inquired into having an alighment so his car would be safe to drive on his 4 plus hour journey back to school. Have a salesman Roy Offenberger who already has one bad review for taking advantage of the elderly also takes advantage of the young. Thought by contacting higher up they would care! Sadly nope they only care about money not morals or values so steer clear of him and this dealership!!
Unbelievable. If I could rate it 0 I would. I received a price with the car stock number via email so I decided to make the trip to finalize the purchase of a new Pathfinder. Once I get there they fail to honor the quote I received in writing and indicated it was a mistake by General Manager. Even having the price in writing they still would not honor the price. @jeffwylereastgateautomall Went car shopping with a friend. He was ready to buy a pre-owned Lexus. It was at Jeff Wyler in Louisville and priced at $8900. They agreed to transfer it to Jeff Wyler Eastgate. When my friend and I tried to buy the car, they jacked the price up $3,000! We went to King's Automall where he purchased an even nicer Lexus at the Mazda dealership. Moral of the story - never fall in love with a deal.
Had a great experience with Jeff. I love my new Rogue! Repeat customer and I’ll be back again next time!
