We have bought 4 new cars from there between 2004 and 2017. No disappointments what so ever. Excellent customer service and follow ups on how were doing with the cars. Our last purchase was 8-8-17. Great deal on kia sorento our second kia in 5 years. Morris darywood was our salesman, he did everything we wanted to make this deal. Where do I begin..... I bought a new Pacifica in march. Things kept going wrong with the vehicle and it was constantly in service. This in my opinion was a Chrysler issue not a dealership issue but is just the beginning of my experience with Wyler. I had my sons car in a few times for service and the last time they "accidentally " put a hole in his radiator and had to replace it. I love my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze. Tony in sales was great to work with. No pressure, very pleasant. Got a great deal and the finance department made the rest easy to deal with.
At first they were so great with my husband that I was going to ask about a Malibu. We turned in the truck, we just bought, to get the bed liner done. It was part of the contract. We asked if they could look at the radio while it was there because the stations weren't coming in. They gave us a courtesy car. That's where everything starts going south. I drove on the lot last weekend, in a 2008 Nissan Sentra that had started to have many issues in recent months. I bought it used with a high interest loan a few years ago. The sales people I worked with were outstanding. Very helpful, not pushy at all, and very willing to make my deal work for me. I got there at 730pm last night, and decided to buy. Sales reps, GM, and finance manager stayed until 1030pm to get my deal done. I left with the car I wanted and couldn't be happier with the service I received!
***Speaking of the used store*** unless you plan on sitting in a showroom for 6 hours being handed off to 5 different jackasses DO NOT buy a car here. Doesn't matter how much the car you're looking at is, I saw atleast 6 different customers get passed around from one salesman to the next. None of the salesman knew what the other previously did leaving me having to explain numbers myself, as a customer!!! Worst body shop ever! Went to have my car fixed from a car accident and they did the worst job on trying to fix my car when it really needed a new bumper but they just repaired it and it looked terrible! So I made them fix it again and I went back a second time and it still wasn't right! Never go there for body work. I will never be back! Wow!!
