First off, my wife purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Skat Pak from Jeff Wyler eastgate back in September of 16 from their salesman Greg. Greg's big selling point of this vehicle was that we were able to purchase a lifetime warranty for it! So we purchased the Challenger and the lifetime warranty and also a couple other warranties. Do not, i repeat do not ever buy a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in eastgate or have one serviced there, a repair they made on my vehicle caused a future problem, now because the repair was "too long ago" they can't do Anything about it, the current service manager is an asshole, my car is under warranty and i had to pay a diagnosis fee of $115 for a misfire i was having, the misfire was a CORRODED plug and burnt coil pack, the plug corroded because of coolant on the spark plug from previous repair, and he acted like cor... read more
UPDATE: The previous manager no longer works for Jeff Wyler and my husband was contacted by new manager Rodney Grey. Rodney wanted to make it right and we feel like he done the best he could do to right the wrong of the last manager. Because of this we are giving Jeff Wyler 4 stars instead of only 1. Worst dealership ever! I would not recommend them to anyone! My husband and I have bought multiple vehicles off of them and it's almost always a headache! Bought a used equinox at the end of february and had a small dent on the hood they said they could pull out with no problem. The dent was pulled out after needing to reschedule because of their mess up. The car was delivered to our house late at night so we couldn't see the spot that was fixed, but was told if it doesn't look good to call our salesman and he'd take care of us. This past weekend it has been the worst experience that I ever had with them. I drop my truck off Thursday night to get looked at Friday morning, having issues with my 4 wheel drive. The next day I call about 11am to get updates, no response, I call 2 more times, the service guy still no response with any updates. When he finally calls it is 5:30pm. Bought our Nissan 3500 van in January. We waited around for two hours while they prepped the vehicle. Salesman offered us coffee while we waited, but there were no clean cups. Another two salesmen were sitting at a desk in the lobby playing video games on a laptop computer, and two female employees were sitting in chairs by the front door, apparently all these employees were too busy to wash a coffee cup.
