Had a wonderful buying experience, with the help of Madison, at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. She was able to show me multiple vehicles and kept in constant communication while we reviewed all of the options in a very professional manner.
I've had my SUV from Jeff Wyler for a week and I love it. The sales team worked very hard and very quickly getting me into a vehicle when I had nothing to get around in. I would recommend Steven Young at the used car superstore to anyone, or if you're looking to buy new go see Dave Watson at Jeff Wyler Kia, even though we went with a Nissan it was Dave that made it happen. Hats off to all of the Wyler sales teams!
I had the most amazing experience! Corey Clarke, Aaron, and their manager Willis were the best car salesman I've ever dealt with!! I would highly recommend this place and these guys everyone that wants to buy a car. New or used! Thanks guys!!!!
Just FYI.... I had an appointment for my jeep oil change (prepaid for 2 year service)...showed up on time for my appointment time and the service guy tells me that there will be a long wait because there is only one mechanic working on cars and multiple "walk ins" before me! What???? You take all the walk ins before the customer that has had an appointment for 3 weeks!!!!!! Screwed up system!
Their service department is terrible. I'm pretty sure they don't know what they are doing. They did two recalls on my car. I left their business and had 3 lights on my dash come on. Talked to service guy and he acted like the recalls had nothing to do with it. Finally got them to check my car out again. They had to change out one of the parts they replaced for the recall. Tried to leave after they said it was all fixed and the light was out, my car wouldn't start or do anything. Ended up in a rental car while they replaced t... read more
Buying a car from Jeff Wyler was so much easier than I ever expected! Everyone at Mazda went above and beyond. The sales team, especially Brent Meyer was very knowledgeable and able to help me find/purchase exactly what I wanted. The best part, I never felt any pressure from the sales team! I scheduled my delivery and was blown away at the service. The sales and finance team had me in and out in record time. I loved every minute of buying my new car here! I would highly recommend these guys.
Worst place to do business I've ever went to. The salesman do not care about u one bit nor will they stand behind what they sell. I bought a car Monday. Drove it to work Tuesday and the radio went out. To make a long story short they said since they took a loss on selling me the car they couldn't put anymore money into it. I'm sorry is it my fault if u did in fact lose money on my purchase. What a joke. I'll drive a horse and buggy before I ever go bk
The buying experience with Madison Imhoff especially at Jeff Wyler is far better then most other dealerships you can come across, the sales staff in each department is top notch and their knowledge of the product is superior, the service departments are the best in the business and the service writers especially in Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge (Jason & Mike) knowledge is superior to most I've known. It's why I chose to buy from Wyler Eastgate and don't see myself going anywhere else in the future
My husband and I are long time repeat customers here, and I want to give props for the team at JW Kia for making my trip there yesterday as painless as possible!
