We've normally have an awesome experience in the past. Worst. Experience. Ever. Please go to any other car lot other than Jeff Wyler. Customer service department really lacks when you have to have your new car towed in.
Was actually contacted by the dealership about purchasing my used car. They responded to my sales ad. I spoke to a woman gave her the information about my car and how much I was selling it for. I specifically told that I didn't want to waste her time or mine with some low offer. She asked the price. We recently went to Jeff Wyler Kia in Eastgate. We had a 2013 Kia Sorento we bought new with 33,000 miles. We were looking to get a 2017 Sorento. We met Josh Roseberry and told him what we were looking for. He showed us a few Sorentos and we found what we were looking for. He was very easy to work with. Pre-sales I had a salesperson who was expedient, understood how to deal, and actually wanted to see me in a car unlike some other Jeff Wyler locations in the tri-state. They really went above and beyond. Unfortunately my brand new 2017 Jeep developed a leak in a recent rainstorm (not all that uncommon). Less than a day after contacting them I had an appointment for repair the next day. Offered to give me a ride to the mall, or a loaner for the day too. I have my 2007 Cadillac SRX4 on Craigslist for $9500, I get a text from Steve from the used car lot. Steve said he was interested in my car. I called Steve and got Madison on the line. I told her all about the SRX, vin number, even told her about the rust. Madison did some research and called me back and offered minimum $7500 or more once they see it. Went to pick up my new car and had a blast. This a dealership but after 5 minutes I thought it was a Hot Rod shop. Lol quite few high performance machines. Great time, excellent staff.
