They sell wrecked new cars no disclosure to the buyers. I will change my review when they own the damages.
My car broke down in Nashville and I was given a rental to get home. I needed another rental until my car was fixed. I reached out to Bob in the service department. Bob and Randy were great. Didn't give me any hassle and I was in another car by the end of the day. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service department, staff and sales team are FANTASTIC. Thanks again Bob for everything....
The service department is horrible, zero customer service. We bought a brand new $50,000 truck from Chevy there and had to take it in to get recalls taken care of, at the same time the a/c went out, they wouldn't even look at it to tell us what was wrong with it, horrible dealership, horrible service, we will not be buying anything else from the Wylers.
Bad experience. My #1 priority was a 4x4. Several listed on the website but none were 4x4 that they showed me. When I asked to see one in Ft Thomas, I was told it was sold...went to Ft Thomas...and what do you know? It was not sold. Never ever will I go to Eastgate Wyler again
Tried to buy a new Pacifica there a few months ago. We were told the van with everything we wanted on it practically didn't exist. They were trying to talk us into a different color since it did have everything on it. We almost bought it until they came back with a super low ball on our trade and then wouldn't get the payment low enough (we were not being unreasonable with the payment amount). My brand new Tuscan was recently totaled and I came to purchase a vehicle out of necessity. Purchased my Equinox in August. Sales person was Keith Beach. Keith was very patient with me and even though I wanted to trade down in the size of car I wanted, I ended up with another Equinox. But, I love the car and glad that I did not go with a small SUV. It is a pretty color and is fun to drive. Love the sunroof. Thank you Keith !!!!
