Our sales rep was Ryan. We were replacing our 18 year old minivan for a 2018 Sorento. We explained to Ryan we were evaluating 3 other autos at 3 other dealerships and were not ready yet to make a decision. He answered our questions, provided details about the Sorento and did not pressure us in any way. He was polite, kind and knowledgeable. I had received four separate surveys rating my experience with a car purchase at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. There were a few aspects I was not happy with, i.e., car detailing and knowing the true cost of the vehicle, just to name a few. Their response was to call the manager at a specific phone number.
