Got me in early and fixed a problem I was unaware of - Nail in tire.
gotta pick a car out before they will attempt to work with you. so you go into the deal kinda blind. bunch of bull shit. They won't budge on prices. had a salesman say he would call today still haven't heard from him. ill never go back and have bought 4 cars there so much for loyalty. There's other Chevy dealers and I'm gong to check them out.
I knew better than to go to Wyler. It only got one star because I had to choose one. Despicable management. Waste of time and effort!!! Quoted me a price and had me sign off on it just to change it an hour before purchase. Thanks for nothing Wyler!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE ! The Service Department made my husband wait over an hour to have his handle on his 2015 Dodge Charger even looked at. He scheduled an apt. Online for 7:30am and decided to walk the lot while he waited. 8:30am he noticed his car parked behind the service Department. He walked up thinking it was done and it had not even been looked at! I gotta say with my $9.99 oil and filter change, in and out quickly, free wifi/coffee/water, convenient location, and a nice waiting room, I don't mind having service done there.

I went into Jeff Wyler Chevrolet ready to buy a car that day. I stated my budget and what I was interested in. My salesman kept me there for two hours looking at cars without ever giving me a single price. And then he sent the finance guy over to ask if lowering my payment would help me to buy a car. My gf bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Jeff Wyler in September of 2015 since owning the car it has been to the shop several times. She decided that it was time to move on to a new vehicle after we have had everything we could fix fixed.
