Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We found the truck we were interested in online, spoke with Josh Knapmeyer in sales, applied for financing, sent pics of our trade in.. negotiated everything over the phone. We drove from Columbus. We were at the dealership for less than 45 minutes, with our test drive and paperwork. Mark in financing had everything ready to sign. Thank you to Josh and Mark for the best customer service we have ever had buying a car.
Called on Tuesday, made an appointment for Thursday at 2 for an oil change, tire rotation and engine check on my 2015 Equinox. They took my car promptly and had everything done by 2:40. Very courteous and professional. Good price too, $60 for everything. Great experience! Will be back.
I started my Jeff Wyler experience on the internet when I requested a eprice. Not to long after I received an email and got in contact with Brent M. who did a wonderful job sending me pictures and details about the car I was looking into. HORRIBLE....I was looking at buying a brand new Dodge Journey..30000 car. Trading in a PT CRUSIER in good condition....they offered 100.00 FOR MY PT....SERIOUSLY!!!! NEVER EVER WILL I STEP FOOT ON THIS PLACE AGAIN...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Most dishonest and disreputable service department I have ever dealt with. False quotes to get you in the door. Then it just gets worse. Have a complaint???? They won't listen and won't do anything about it..... Including the service manager.
Worst place ever stay away!!!!!! Poor customer service!! Was told that they would program my keys after I got them cut. I got them cut came back and now they're telling me they won't program.
I don't know how this place stays in business. I'm not sure if the salesmen are attached to the cars they have in inventory because they basically did every thing they could not to sell me this car. After those liar Rob Anderson writing me for a month telling me all they could do for me, such as put me in the car I wanted a Chrysler 300 with no payments for 45 days.
