What a shame. 3rd time I've been to Wyler. The previous two I have left during negotiations. I'm not really sure why I ever went back. Today we stopped by looking for my daughter a car. Found something that "would be in our range". Well that wasn't exactly true. $140 more per month to be exact. I explain that wouldn't work. Heading out the door they tell me they can drop the payment $100 a month. Wow, really? That fast? How does that work? Still not what we are willing to spend. We originally came to test drive a Kia Optima, as our first step in the car buying process. I also wanted to test drive a Ford Fusion. But because I fell in love with the Kia (as I knew I would), I talked about prices-leasing verses buying. A huge thanks to Andrew Beasley for getting us a great price and working with our budget, I drive it home that day! He made the car buying experience fairly easy!
I took my Chevy Impala to the GM Service Department, for what was supposed to be an IGNITION RECALL REPAIR. I was told prior, and when I arrived this would take 1 HOUR ! I then sat in the customer service area for 2 HOURS AND 13 MINUTES, when the service guy came to get me . As he handed me my keys.....I noticed how BULKY the key was, and said he gave me someone else's key. He then explained it was my new Impala key........The RECALL REPAIR WAS GLUEING A TOP COVER ON MY EXISTING KEY....... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY C... read more
These guys are the epitome of used car crooks. Charged me $275 for an oil change and told me it was breaks, then "lost" the paperwork until we took the car home. They also did not complete the full CPO inspection, and I have proof of that. Just terrible. BEWARE!!

I had a small accident with minor rear bumper damage. I dropped my car off last Tuesday and haven't heard anything from them until I called today to find out that it's still not finished not to mention the electrical problem that's supposed to be fixed also. I've never had to wait more than a week for a car to be fixed and have always been called and updated on the status of my vehicle. Wow how things have. Changed!
