I took my Jeep in for diagnostic. Dropped it off on Wednesday night. Was quoted one thing on the phone and then they called the next day trying to charge $49 more. All though the original quote was honored the service I received after that was pitiful. The service writer was always too busy to talk me. When I finally got a hold of him Saturday and approved the recommended service he said it would be done by Monday. My sales rep was Willis and he took good care of me he made sure that I got the car that I wanted and got the deal done I appreciated his kindness and his respect for me when He worked with me and my needs. Thank you Willis I love my new Malibu
Bought a used car from them. They promised to fix scratches in it. They took the car back to fix it. They had the car for five weeks and the car came back with scratches in it. When I talked to a manager, he walked away from me. Will never buy anything from them again
More on the Jeff Wyler FIASCO.... Cracked oil pan was fixed... Dealt with the crappiest of crappy customer service... Got the car back yesterday, 6 days, they had it since Early early Friday morning.. After a very pricey bill to boot... Was billed for a plastic shield for the oil pan PLUS labor... Was not told that it was not on the damn car when we picked it up... Got a phone call this morning that the plastic shield is in and that I needed to make an appointment to bring the car back in... J West @ Nissan made this a funny entertaining buying experience! If your about this spend money you might as well get a good laugh. But all in all I'm in love with my new Nissan and the service and price I got it for!
We have been trying to resolve a problem with them since we purchased a car a month ago. No one will return our calls or emails. Once the deal is done so is their hospitality. I will go back to Kings Kia next time.
