This place is the biggest joke I've EVER dealt with. For being the first time buying a car this has been the most awful experience I've had with any customer service establishment. My sales guy "Vince" is rated about -7 on a scale of 1-10. Promised a MISSING part in my car to come in the first week and the nasty inside detailed. My fiance and I were worried that we wouldn't qualify for much being first time car buyers and finding things that we could afford. I started out at first with Josh on Monday the 11th, and he helped me get into a lovely 2014 Chevy Sonic that I can easily afford. After a horrible experience at Kerry Nissan in Florence, surrounded by complete disrespect by the GM, Jeff Wyler put the stress of first-time car shopping to ease. Cedric Glover was amazing! Very personable and polite. He offered a deal we couldn't pass up! Jared was our salesman and was also fantastic! Everyone we encountered in the shop was respectful and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.
Jeff Wyler has his back gate open ILLEGALLY!!!! He is putting children at risk because his trucks are going down what is supposed to be a no outlet road!

I purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado about a week ago from Jeff wyler Eastgate. I had asked for some new tires because of the tires on the truck was dryrotted. They put it in the deal. We bought a Jeep Renegade yesterday. Our salesman was Adam Shaffer. We so recommend him to anyone! We told him what we wanted and we got it! He wasn't pushy, or intrusive. If you are looking to buy a car and you want the best, ask for Adam!
I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Eastgate! I just bought my first car from them yesterday a 2013 Dodge Dart! I absolutely love it! I had amazing service from Steven young! He had awesome customer service skills answered all my questions and he was just great! Even called the next day to see how I was like my car!
