Me and my fiancé just bought a charger Rt daytona edition today Kyle are salesman was amazing it was fast and I got a good deal. As for service after the sale everyone is complaining about ill let you all know when I have a issue I think it's all about how you handle people I do it with a no bs approach.

9 months ago came into the used car lot and walked around for a half an hour and not one salesman said anything to me. Had one walk right past me and didn't acknowledge me. Initial experience was good. Expectations fell short beginning the very next day. Is there such a thing as dealership remorse? I love my new leased Jeep, but the dealership customer service was terrible. I even spoke with people in the cooperate office who basically lied to me. My tags were sent to the wrong address. A week later and countless phone calls to the dealer that were answered with the same, "I will figure out what happened and I'll give you a call back," (which never, ever happened btw).
