Me and the wife went and bought a van there was problems they said one thing and after the papers were signed we went back to get the problems resolved that they said they would fix this win we got there they said they could not fix this BC there was nothing in writing and they had took a loss on the car the manager was extremely rude they got there sell from the car and after that they wouldn't honer any of there verbal agreements so after buying 3 cars from there we will no longer shop there

First off, let me tell you how bad this experience has been with purchasing a truck from Jeff Wyler. I was looking for a new truck to purchase to be my last new purchase before retiring. Went for test drive with my daughter in tow. Arrive salesman cannot locate key for vehicle he knew I was going to look at, waited in 20 degree cold for 10 mins for him to find key.After key was located after another 15 minutes waiting inside, the vehicle does not start. I said I wasn't going to test drive vehicle because one of the tires had wire showing in wheel and his response was well it had to get here somehow. After a 35 minute drive to look at the vehicle then get to deal with that thanks for nothing Josh Knapmeyer.
Tony at Nissan was awesome!!! He was able to get around many obstacles to make sure I was driving off the lot with my brand new car love my Sentra. I was going with Kia, but I'm glad I was sent to Nissan. I'm so happy I went to Nissan!
My experience at jeff wyler was fantastic. My salesman Trevis helped me find the right car that I wanted and got it to fit into my budget. It was fast, easy, and painless. I will definitely buy all of my vehicles from there.
You don't exist after the sale. If you have problems leave it in voice mail but do not expect a return call. Everyone who can solve the issue is and will always be in a meeting. I am so disappointed .
