Once again terrible service received at Jeff Wyler Eastgate used cars. Every time I have been the associates act like they have no desire to help you and take their sweet time with everything! Today one associate said he was getting keys and fifteen minutes later we find him in the office on his phone! Finally I have come to the conclusion there is no point in giving this place any other opportunities and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this! Save your self the trouble and time...go somewhere else.
I had the greatest experience at the Jeff Wyler used car dealership! Bryan Metzger & Josh Knapmeyer were so extremely helpful! Bryan & Josh made everything so easy and stress free! Had an amazing experience buying my first car. The salesman were polite and answered my questions without missing a beat. My sales men also helped me get an affordable payments. I didn't feel pressured it felt comfortable. :^) I definitely recommend Greg Flick as a salesman.
I got me a 2013 Hyundai Elerter their and love it I never had one before first one every own and love it I love it so much and wish they would have one in Eastgate or really close I would recommend any one and every one to get this type of care and from Jeff wylers

I had a great experience with Jeff Wyler Dodge. Jason Malone was my salesman. He was very professional and great to work with. Our experience was good with Vic Hodge as well. Most definitely a better experience than we had earlier in the week at another Dodge dealership.
Would give zero stars if I could. Went shopping for a car with my daughter. Trying not to get a car payment but something inexpensive and reliable. Will never ever step foot in Jeff wyler Eastgate again! They were rude and horrible to us. Tried to sell us a $6,000 car and said once tax, title, warranty, and insurance is paid for the cost would be over $9,000! If I could give less than 1 star- I would. My experience with Jeff Wyler Eastgate used cars has been extremely disappointing. I have purchased a truck previously from Jeff Wyler Alexandria and had no problems. When that vehicle had warranty issues, I never had a problem with them honoring the warranty so I trusted the Jeff Wyler name.
