Shawn Gabbard in used car sales was the best! I went to test drive a certain vehicle and it just wasn't the fit we were looking for,for our family. He knew instantly what we needed and he knew what I would like. We test drove the Chevy Traverse and loved it! I told Shawn what I needed for financing, payments etc and he did it! He truly worked for us! If you need anything go see Shawn! He is the best!
every mechanic should be fired then charged with felonys these people take advantage of anyone lie about parts being replaced and intentionlly will sabotage your vehicle its sad you cant trust anyone these days i suggest to NEVER GO HERE YOUR WILL GET ROBBED
Jeff Wyler will do anything to sell a car! They will lie about the down payment to get a loan to go through. How can they say a wrecked 18 year old trade in is worth $5000 to get a loan to go through to an 18 year old with no money for a cash down payment , who only has worked on her job for 4 months & has no co signer. This is on a 2016 vehicle! It's ridiculous! The bottom line is they don't care about the customer but only getting a sale!
Overall great experience! I started my car search with Steven Young at the Used Lot. Steven was extremely patient, polite and informative about the used inventory. When I decided I'd like to check out the new Mazda's I was introduced to the Mazda manager, Robbie Ellegood. The transition was seamless. Robbie was most helpful in finding the exact car I was looking for. If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought my first car (used) from Jeff Wyler and my experience has been as awful as it possibly could be. My father bought a new car from there about a year ago and had no trouble. Apparently if you buy a used one, they don't care about the quality of their service or the car itself. I absolutely would recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan to anyone!! I was in the market for a new car in 2014 and Trevis Ryle gave me a great deal on a new versa note! Unfortunately, I hadn't even had the car two years and I was recently rear ended and my versa was totaled. Because they treated me so well the first time, I wanted to give them my business again. I would not send anyone to Jeff Wyler EAstgate. I have had nothing but trouble since I bought this 205 Chev Equinox a little over a year ago.. They even lost it one time when I had it in for repair. I am facing a $1,400.00 bill now because of brakes and shocks. I know it is a used car but you should see the used cars my daughter and her son bought from Courtesy Chev. on Madison Rd. They are beautiful and the salesman was great. That's life!!!
