Only thing great about my most recent experience is my salesman. By recent, I mean within the past two and a half weeks. A few months ago, I bought a new car from the Chevy store there. Salesman was amazing and we have mutual friends. He helped me by being my salesman again while I was looking to trade in my car at the used store. I sent the dealership my feedback. They offered $25 gift card if I came in to get it. No way!! If you want the stereotypical used car buying experience then Jeff Wyler Used Cars in Eastgate should be your first choice. They know all the shady tricks so buyer beware the only people they want to serve are themselves. I purchased the same day at the next exit down and had a very good experience.
Dave "Shippie" Shipman was excellent to work with. Not the first vehicle I've ever purchased through him but every time has been a pleasure. Highly recommended!!

Bought a vehicle from Jeff wyler less than a month ago and have been back there at least 1 once a week. Broken lights, check engine light came on after a week, scratches all over it, and when braking the car vibrates.
I can't even begin to tell you how unsatisfied I am with the knowledge, and customer service at the Chevrolet dealer. I went in today to look at some trucks, told the salesman I was there for a 3/4 ton truck, he took me to the half ton trucks. We then got to the 3/4, found one similar to what I was looking for took it for a "test drive," it was far from that.
