Is it possible to give this place 0 stars? I walked around the lot with my husband for an hour and passed at least 5 employees and not one of them acknowledged our existence. I had money in my pocket ready to spend on a vehicle. Obviously they’re not in the business of selling cars. Don’t waste your time.
Ryan was the best sales man I’ve ever met he helped me with everything I needed never pressured me into buying a car helped me look at all my options and he was super honest the whole time! He gave me the best deal on the cutest car that I love to death thanks Ryan and thanks Jeff Wyler!
So my wife and I bought a brand new Kia Frote5 from this location. We had already had a bad experience with another Jeff Wyler dealership but since they had the best price. Besides our sales person the rest of the experience was horrible. They could not find the second keyfob so they said they would find it and mail it to us. A week after they said they had mailed the fob it still had not shown up. When I called to ask about it they could not tell me where it was because they did not pay for the tracking. Went in with no knowledge of what exact type of car I wanted. Only information I could really give my salesperson (Ziyad) was that I was leaning towards an SUV, what my credit score was, and what I could afford per month. Ziyad was able to find me an amazing deal on a 2011 Chevy Equinox and saved me around $4000 and about $100 per month. I also was able to trade in my 14 year old damaged car as my down payment!
