I have bought three cars from Eastgate Jeff Wyler, two of which were Jeep. It was my first time buying a Nissan, which is my most recent purchase. I love the car and the deal was okay too, but the knowledge of the staff was horrendous! My car salesman nor anyone else knew anything about the the features of the car. Before I purchased, I asked if someone was going to show me all the features because it had a ton that I’ve never had before and didn’t know how to use, and was told yes. Service was great. Conner Adams was my sales person and he went above and beyond to get me the best price possible. Conner also made sure the whole process was done in a timely manner. Everybody from sales person to finance department were so helpful, and made sure I understood the buying process from start to finish!
I bought my car back in Feb from this location and I got a really great deal. However, if you are going to buy a car from here make sure BOTH your keys work before leaving the lot. I got home and found one of mine didn't work. When I took it to a Nissan dealer near me the key didn't even go to my car! I asked the dealership to make this right and I was told well sometimes used cars only come with 1 key and we can get you one for $300! Guess I get to use the money I saved on a new key for my 2017 Nissan. :/

Went into Jeff Wyler not really sure what to expect. Brandon Lenhart was the salesman who took care of everything. The whole car buying process can be very stressful, but Brandon made it feel easy. He got me into a better car than I expected and he was able to get me a fair amount for my trade in. The whole process was smooth and everyone at Jeff Wyler was very nice and professional, especially Brandon. He answered all my questions and I felt like he truly had my best interest in mind.
