I have found this dealership's sales department to be very unprofessional. I was lied to on three separate items: the cost of the new vehicle, my trade in value and "stackable Chevy" offers. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe on June 2nd (MSRP of 75,210.00). I drove back to the dealership on June 18th to have the new vehicle's bumpers painted (due bill/paint chips). We have had the worst experience with this place & I would recommend that you AVOID this place. My fiancé leased a car off of this place & it will be a year next week that he’s had the car & we are STILL waiting on the 2nd key for his car. He has went into the dealership and the salesman isn’t there or they’re working on it. We purchased a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 from Jeff Wyler Eastgate yesterday (June 23rd). We had a few vehicles in mind that we were interested in after viewing the web-site.. Our Sales person was Brittany. She was very helpful in showing them and working with us. We decided on the Rav 4. We feel it was a good price and had a very good overall experience in the purchase. We recommend them and will return on our next purchase.
They sent out a mailer as a way to make customer loyalty clients believe they won $50k on a scratch off. I go in, the guy didn’t even look at my winnings and told me I didn’t win. Manipulative, lying marketing that is immoral and they lost a client and most likely many more after this
REALLY pushy sales lady. They don't seem to care about your financial situation- just want to make that commission. We had an appointment to see a Mazda Tribute, we even got a call that morning asking if we still were coming in to test drive it. We showed up to Jeff Wyler and they said they sold it the day before. Our sales lady (can't remember her name) tried helping us find another vehicle in our price range. We found one and she said it was $6,800. When she brought the paperwork out it was $7,900?!? Had a appointment to go test drive a car that they sold the previous day and they didn’t bother to tell me it sold. Then they found something else to show me and listed price on the Internet said one price and when the lady came out with paperwork it was over a 1,000 more without even adding there fees on there. Then she proceeds to tell me that I can be over a hour late to my job so she can run it through financing even though I never said anything about buying it. Absolutely terrible experience and won’t be back

Had an awesome experience at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet yesterday, 6/20. My sales associate was Tim Crenshaw. My husband and I went with our granddaughter to look at vehicles. Not only was Mr. Crenshaw helpful but very knowledgeable about the Trax we were looking at. We are very pleased with the outcome of our purchase and also purchased a second Trax for myself and my husband. The finance person was also very personable, efficient and knowledgeable.
