I had a wonderful experience at this dealership with my sales consultant Brittany Richey! She literally went the extra mile for me, getting the best deal for me on a vehicle I love and even drove all the way to my home( not a quick drive I might add!), to get some paperwork finished because my husband was unable to get to the dealership due to work constraints! I Bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra. I love my truck but the rear passenger window doesn’t work. I called and they agreed to fix it for me the following week. I called back that Monday and they refused to fix it. Sales manager Chris Shannonbrock said that’s why happens when you buy used trucks. You should expect that with a truck with 140K miles on it and hung up on me.

We had went on line to see what was available and was very impressed with the selection. Upon our arrival was greeted by sales person who was with another customer but said would have someone assist us. Shortly Tim came out and was so helpful and patience with me on finding exactly what I was looking for and during our wait each salesperson was so polite offering water or other refreshments. We came home with exactly what we were wanted.
They was so nice to me and my family. Casey the manager there is awesome and Brandon is a blessing to us. He help us with a car. I will recommend anybody that help getting a car and have bad credit go to them and they will get you approved quickly.
