Only giving this a 1 star because it wouldn't go any lower. Terrible cars even worse employees. Wrecked cars that the dealerships tries to badly cover up. Skyler walked away mid conversation because we couldn't find a car we liked. No drinks no customer service. If your looking for a laugh come down to the Jeff wyler Eastgate lot, because nothing but clowns working there.
I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted and how much my payment could be. Tracy Callahan went out of his way and made it happen. I did not feel any pressure and the process was seamless!
I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue Sport. Love my new car! My sales team, Jesse Gillam and Dan Woods were so easy to work with. They walked me thru the steps with trading in my old car and showing me the numerous features of the new car. They were very knowledgeable of their product and respectful of me. If you are looking to purchase a car in the new future look these two gentlemen up. I would highly recommend working with them.
AWFUL, DECEITFUL, TIME WASTING, DO NOT GO, EXPECT A LONG TIME CONSUMING EXPERIENCE 3-4 HOURS Constantly lied to get us to make a 2 hour drive to the dealership, long waits constantly getting up and leaving for 30 minutes at a time, constantly changed offer from worse to worse raised interest several times and deposit, lied about 100% financing, doesn't return phone calls, texts at night right before closing so you cannot return call, condescending toward woman, left messages with management no one cares, they cover and lie f... read more
I purchased a new 2018 dodge charger scatpack from Jeff Wyler Eastgate on July 2nd, 2018. It started out on that I went to Wyler and test drove a similar vehicle on June 25th, 2018. I took my son there for his first car. We had been to another dealer with no success. Jeff Wyler Chevy and our sales gentleman Daniel Palmer were awesome. Daniel was so patient and went above and beyond to help us. Daniel showed us a couple different cars and really worked with us to get my son in a car he wanted.....
