Long but worth the read if you don’t want to get screwed out of your money. We bought a used truck from them in April of this year, immediately cancelled the warranty because we purchased an outside warranty that covered more. Or so we thought. My boyfriend was given TERRIBLE attitude by whoever he dealt with while signing paperwork, acting extremely annoyed and telling him multiple times “well you know you aren’t going to get a lump sum right? Waited two hours for a scheduled oil change for them to lose the order and here I still sit. Remind you this is an OIL CHANGE !! Ridiculous and unacceptable
I’ve been calling this dealership since Monday of this week several times now. I’ve asked several times for information about vehicles that caught my eye, and to receive phone calls ASAP on said vehicles. I have received ZERO phone calls from your people. Your customer service is absolute garbage, and I am going to happily spend my money elsewhere.
Unethical Business Practice - As a repeat customer I would have thought that would mean something to this dealership. Evidently not. I was in the process of getting the deal finalized and left the dealership while they worked on the financing arrangements. They were busy and it was taking longer than expected. Will never go back to Kia Eastgate. Was hung up on by service manager this morning. I had my van in for full diagnostics and it was not done. I was left stranded with my special needs son last night for 3 hours before I could get help. Paid for a service and it was not done and then hung up on by service manager. They know there is a problem yet they are not willing to do anything about it. Horrible service and manager!!!
