when I bought my car it took over 4 hours to finalize the loan and while I was waiting the car wasn't even cleaned before I left. also when I did get in to go over the paperwork it was so quick without explanation of some of the cost such as the price was jacked up and a 500 dollar charge for who knows what!!!

I took my truck in for a battery replacement and an oil change. The employees were very nice and gave me a new car to drive for free while they were working with my truck. After getting a quote for $3300 for a bunch of different things that were “wrong” I decided to just get it back on the road and have the battery replaced and oil change. They charged me $465 for a new battery and an oil change! This place is terrible, they just want your money. They could care less about the customer. They'll manipulate you into buying a car that you can't afford and then when you try to bring it back not even a few days later because you've been told you have 14 business days to bring it back they become rude and fight you tooth and nail to get you to keep it even though you can't afford it. Don't come here guys.☺
